Born and raised in Southwest Kansas, Allee has over 10 years of experience managing teams and driving change in the HR sector for a variety of companies. With her first title being daughter of Christ, Allee is a wife and mom of 3 beautiful children. She is passionate about connecting people and processes to create excellence and growth for all organizations.
